Software Engineer and Designer

I've never known how to describe what I do, but I'm currently going by Software Engineer and Designer. I've always been interested in both design and code, and I've been lucky enough to work in roles where I can do both. I have over 10 years experience working at small to medium size startups.
I'm currently freelancing while building Refrakt , a platform for photographers to share their work in a more meaningful way.
Currently
I recently moved to Vancouver, Canada with my partner. The goal is to eventually apply for permanent residency and stay in Canada long term if we like it. Therefore I'm open to Software Engineering or Product Design roles, either in Vancouver or remote.
